Dr. Don Palmer is a Chiropractor in
the trenches just like you. He has participated
in Chiropractic for over 20 years. He became a
believer as a patient in a Chiropractic practice.
Then Dr. Palmer began working in chiropractic
offices and eventually enrolled as a chiropractic
student at Palmer College of Chiropractic and
graduated from Life Chiropractic College West.
Finally, Dr. Palmer launched a premiere
Chiropractic clinic that, for 13 years, has
changed the lives of thousands of satisfied

Karen Reed joined the HealthSource team as the master developer of the Northern California market. Prior to joining she held executive positions with leading edge companies including Cisco Systems, Oracle Corporation, Spherion and The Complex Sale. Her expertise includes
sales, marketing, operations, training and consulting. She has
developed business plans for new products, sales strategies for new technologies, coached executives on growing their businesses and led global teams to drive revenue growth through vertical market
expansion. She completed her undergraduate and graduate work at
Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Karen lives
in San Jose, California with her husband Martin.

last 4 years, Fred Perrin
has served as COO/owner

LLC, a Corporation of inbound/outbound
contact centers located
in the Dallas TX., and
Corpus Christi TX area. Mr.
Perrin’s manages
a staff of over 250 employees
as an outsource vender
for various fortune 500
companies. Fred resides
in Corpus Christi TX, with
his wife Patrina and adoring
kids. He is an avid
golfer, and active member
in the Corpus Christi community. Fred
and Patrina sponsor various
groups and non-profit organizations
throughout the year. |

8 years in public accounting
with Price Waterhouse,
he has served in various
capacities for different
public companies, most
recently as Chief Audit
Executive for Trammell
Crow Company. Brent
lives in Dallas, and he
and his wife Ella are the
parents of 6 children. He
serves in various civic
capacities, just finishing
a 2-year term as President
of the National BYU Alumni
Association. He spent
2 years in volunteer church
service in Central America
and is fluent in Spanish. |

Jeff Tarski is one of the Regional
Developers for the Arizona
Territory. His experience
includes current President
and co-owner of a financial
services company for banks
and credit unions specializing
in auto lending, mortgage
lending and technology.
His past experience includes;
EVP of a national auto
lending company which provided
lending services for approximately
6000 auto dealerships throughout
the United States. Earlier
prior experience includes
management positions with
the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s
Department, the Cleveland
Police Department, the
City of Solana Beach Planning
and Codes Enforcement Department,
owner of a commercial and
residential construction
company and owner of a
restaurant and bagel bakery
in the Central Coast California
area. He has his BS degree
in Business Administration
from Ohio State University. |
Dr. Steve Vaughn

Dr. Steve Vaughn is a 1985
graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and has
extensive experience in the development and management
of chiropractic and medical practices.
He has previously managed 22 multi-specialty offices
in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is a co-founder of a
publicly traded medical technology company where he
served 5 years on the Board of Directors and as
Director of Clinic Relations. Dr. Vaughn has
authored several books on practice development in
the medical, chiropractic and veterinary fields and
conducted business development seminars for a
number of healthcare related industries. "For
