George Fandos is the Managing Partner of HealthSource Atlanta.  He and his family have lived in the Atlanta area for over 15 years.  He brings over 25 years experience as a strategic consultant and an operational executive. Major portions of his career have been with the IBM Corporation, eLoyalty, where he was SVP of operations and Realeum, where he was Chief Customer Officer in addition to more recently operating his own small service businesses.  George's extensive background in sales and marketing, operational improvement and human resource management offers Atlanta franchisees a strong business partnership.

Joe Case brings several years of consulting and development experience to HealthSource. He received a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification while working in the Manufacturing industry with such companies as General Motors and Behr. This certification comes from in depth business analysis utilizing statistics and change management in order to allow companies to focus their efforts on cost and process improvements to meet bottom line objectives. Mr Case has numerous Kaizen projects that he has facilitated across the country with multiple fortune 500 companies. He also brings over 7 years of experience with Master Franchising and development during which time he has worked with several different concepts including Quiznos. He looks forward to partnering with HealthSource and utilizing his experience in Continuous Improvement in order to make a difference within the Chiropractic Community. Mr Case graduated from The University of North Carolina-Charlotte with a degree in Business Administration.

Dr. Mike Tillman has been in chiropractic leadership roles for 7+ years in the South Carolina Chiropractic Association and currently holds the position of President-elect. He also owns a healthsource clinic in Charleston, SC and has been in private practice for 11 years. Having built a successful practice from the ground up, coming from hospital management and teaching college, he brings a diverse background of knowledge and experience to the business of chiropractic. His current leadership role keeps him on the front lines of the ever-changing issues like compliance, insurance reimbursement and local regulations and licensure changes. He will be responsible for aiding each Healthsource clinic in implementation, documentation and growth. He and Joe Case take a personal approach to franchise development and spend as much time in each franchise office as is required for success(free of charge, of course!)

Dr. Chad S. Young has been practicing since 2002.  Beginning in a 800 sq/ft office, with HealthSource Dr. Young has expanded his office to 3500 sq/ft and nine employees.  He has recently purchased a master franchise covering areas of Kentucky and Tennessee.  Dr. Young hopes to help other chiropractors experience the growth and success he has achieved during his time with HealthSource. He is fully aware of what it takes to implement the systems and create their success.
