Christopher brings a strong business background in sales and retail state industry. He has been working in the food franchise business for almost 20 years and has contributed successfully to the annual revenue growth of his franchises. In addition he has successfully bought and sold businesses and franchises to increase profits. Christopher worked independently designing his own marketing materials generating clients that were interested in buying and/or selling real state. He was very committed to building a network of customer and provided them assistance throughout the sales/purchase process using different products and systems. Christopher was born in Rhode Island but most of his family moved to Massachusetts. He is living with his family in the Boston area. Christopher firmly believes that real success comes from helping others to achieve their goals and he is confident that his innovated and result-focused approach would make a significant contribution to the success of Healthsource Chiropractic Franchises.

Dr. Lynn Bayly received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and subsequently received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. Dr. Bayly worked as intern/associate for 1 year and then began practicing on his own. He has been in private practice for 25 years during which he has ran multiple clinics and been a large part of his Chiropractic community both in Pensylvania and remaining close with Northwestern Alumnus. He has also worked inside insurance companies as a case manager for ACN/MPN and has been a part of many Chiropractic management companies over the years. Dr. Bayly has trained numerous associates on how to run a diverse practice utilizing various therapeutic modalities. He currently owns a practice with a broad scope of insurance/cash basis, centered around the chiropractic adjustment and is excited to be a part of where HealthSource is taking him. He looks forward to serving others and giving back to the Chiropractic profession which has given to him.

Laval Sans brings over twenty-seven years of pharmaceutical industry experience and a broad range of talents to Health Source. He has put his marketing know how and BSBA degree from Bryant University to good use, having worked for such highly revered organizations as Abbott Laboratories, the American Red Cross and most recently Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Over the course of his career in health care, he has witnessed first hand the many changes that make operating a successful medical practice today, in the managed care environment, so challenging. He is eager to help our Franchisees achieve their goals and partner along with our DC's to expand their practices beyond what they thought possible. Laval has worked with physicians and health professionals in primary care, gastroenterology, pulmonology, nephrology, hematology and oncology, having implemented marketing programs and increasing the bottom line for his company by over 200% since 2004. Having worked with HMO's, PPO's, and State Medicaid, he has developed a strong grasp of the reimbursement landscape and a solid reputation for exemplary customer service. These skills coupled with his innate marketing ability, will be a great asset to our HS Franchise owners in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Laval's other interests include golf, skiing, and sailing as well as building and renovating residential homes (licensed general contractor), He lives with his wife Linda and three children in Littleton, Massachusetts.
