Rob brings to HealthSource, 15 years
of owning and operating his family's business,
through more than two-thirds of the company's life.
His company specialized in Real Estate Management
for over 125 clients throughout Pennsylvania, New
Jersey and Delaware. In 1997, Rob had successfully
positioned his company for acquisition by a large
publicly traded property management company. As
part of the merger, Rob became Senior Vice President
of Corporate Development for their property
management division and affiliate services programs,
with operations in over 20 states. In 2001, he
left this position to become a Property & Casualty
Insurance Producer for a Top 10 insurance brokerage
firm, in which he achieved great success. During
his tenure there, Rob became Executive Vice President
of the company's Western New Jersey Operations,
specializing in Insurance Products for Real Estate,
Municipalities & School Boards, as well as working
on providing professional liability insurance for
Doctors in the New Jersey region. Most recently,
Rob has worked in the Insurance Division of a Top 5
Bank. Along with his wife Robin, they have been
charged with developing this company's Real Estate
Insurance Division across several states, with their
focus market primarily in the state of New Jersey.
During his career, Rob has worked with various
partners in Financial and Business Consulting and
the strategic design of Website Services. As well,
Rob has demonstrated expertise in piloting and
growing a variety of Insurance and Banking programs
for Real Estate Management Companies and Business
Owners.
Rob is a graduate of Eastern University,
from which he holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.

Robin brings to HealthSource,
10 years of success in sales, marketing, and
service, to over 400 clients in 5 states, for
one of the nation's largest insurance brokerage
firms. Robin has defined her career by meeting
and exceeding both clients' expectations and sales
goals. From 2002 through 2006, she was responsible
for over $25 million in new business insurance
premiums for this company's Real Estate Division;
in 2003 and 2005, Robin was recognized as one of
the company's top 5 producers, out of over 600
producers nationwide. More recently, Robin was
acquired by a Top 5 Bank to grow their Insurance
Division and develop and expand their independent
Real Estate Group.
Robin is a graduate of Rutgers
University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Health & Exercise Physiology.
