Joe Case brings several years of
consulting and development experience to
HealthSource. He received a Six Sigma Black Belt
Certification while working in the Manufacturing
industry with such companies as General Motors and
Behr. This certification comes from in depth
business analysis utilizing statistics and change
management in order to allow companies to focus
their efforts on cost and process improvements
to meet bottom line objectives. Mr Case has
numerous Kaizen projects that he has facilitated
across the country with multiple fortune 500
companies. He also brings over 7 years of
experience with Master Franchising and development
during which time he has worked with several
different concepts including Quiznos. He looks
forward to partnering with HealthSource and
utilizing his experience in Continuous Improvement
in order to make a difference within the
Chiropractic Community. Mr Case graduated
from The University of North Carolina-Charlotte
with a degree in Business Administration. |
Dr. Mike Tillman

Dr. Mike Tillman has been in chiropractic
leadership roles for 7+ years in the South Carolina
Chiropractic Association and currently holds the
position of President-elect. He also owns a healthsource
clinic in Charleston, SC and has been in private practice
for 11 years. Having built a successful practice from
the ground up, coming from hospital management and
teaching college, he brings a diverse background of
knowledge and experience to the business of chiropractic.
His current leadership role keeps him on the front lines
of the ever-changing issues like compliance, insurance
reimbursement and local regulations and licensure changes.
He will be responsible for aiding each Healthsource
clinic in implementation, documentation and growth.
He and Joe Case take a personal approach to franchise
development and spend as much time in each franchise
office as is required for success(free of charge,
of course!) |

Dan Fink

Dr. Dan Fink, Director of Franchise
Sales and Support, joined the HealthSource Regional
Ventures team due to his highly specialized
experience, training and skills in the areas of
chiropractic medicine, sophisticated sales, and
education and support. He owned and operated a
chiropractic clinic for 10 years, utilizing
successful marketing and providing civic group
lectures. Dr. Fink then taught science and math
for 10 years, and has coached athletic teams.
He was also selected from a field of successful
applicants to manage a State Farm Insurance office
based upon his sales skills and business plan
development. Dr. Fink hires and directly supervises
regional managers in providing marketing, franchise
sales, and franchisee training and support for
the Mid-Atlantic, Rocky Mountains and Los Angeles
regions.
While practicing chiropractic medicine, Dr. Fink
maintained many memberships and affiliations:
American College of Orthopedic Medicine, Council
of Chiropractic and Convalescent Care, Motion
Palpation Institute, Palmer College Alumni
Association, American Chiropractic Association,
Maryland Chiropractic Association, Foundation for
Chiropractic Education and Research, and the
Better Business Bureau. Dr. Fink holds a Bachelor
of Science from Regents College University, a
Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins
University, and A Doctorate in Chiropractic
from Palmerid1 College. |
Timothy Lyon

Timothy Lyon brings to HealthSource
a broad range of business experience and skills,
including over 26 years of local, regional, national
and international business management experience.
Mr. Lyon served over 6 years as CFO, CEO and
President of Calso Communications, Inc., based in
Washington, DC. The company specialized in large
government and institutional telecommunications
contracts. Additionally it supported a commercial
base of installed key system and PBX switches in
the mid-Atlantic area. The company employed 150
people, managed 28 sub-contracting firms and
averaged $12 million in sales annually. Tim also
served for over 15 years as Director and Shareholder
for Universal Engineering Co. dba Omega Systems,
based in San Juan, PR. Other business executive
experience includes serving as an outside business
consultant for Lockheed Martin IMS (now ACS), CIO
with Parking Management, Inc (PMI), President of
NAMG, Inc., and President and CEO of Polar-Therm
Products, Inc. Mr. Lyon holds a degree in business
administration from the University of Colorado. |
