Young has been practicing since 2002.  Beginning in a 800 sq/ft office, with HealthSource Dr. Young has expanded his office to 3500 sq/ft and nine employees.  He has recently purchased a master franchise covering areas of Kentucky and Tennessee.  Dr. Young hopes to help other chiropractors experience the growth and success he has achieved during his time with HealthSource. George Fandos is the Managing Partner of HealthSource Atlanta.  He and his family have lived in the Atlanta area for over 15 years.  He brings over 25 years experience as a strategic consultant and an operational executive. Major portions of his career have been with the IBM Corporation, eLoyalty, where he was SVP of operations and Realeum, where he was Chief Customer Officer in addition to more recently operating his own small service businesses.  George's extensive background in sales and marketing, operational improvement and human resource management offers Atlanta franchisees a strong business partnership.

Terry Moritz comes to HealthSource with over 10 years of healthcare consulting, management, and accounting experience. He has served in various leadership positions throughout his career in public accounting, private industry, and franchising. Terry is excited to become part of the HealthSource system and to assist franchise chiropractors successfully expand their practices. He and his wife Heather, and their three sons reside in Indianapolis, IN. He is a licensed CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Dr. Richard Olson graduated with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Following that he founded and trademarked Advanced Chiropractic Office in Peoria, IL. He has acquired extensive experience in practice marketing and management, associate doctor development, practice acquisition and public relations. He has served as the team chiropractor for the Peoria Rivermen and Peoria Chiefs professional sports teams. Dr. Olson is a respected author and lecturer on chiropractic adjusting techniques. In 2006 Dr. Olson purchased the first HealthSource franchise in Illinois and subsequently founded HealthSource Midwest, headquartered in Peoria, IL, to develop the Master Franchise of the region. Dr. Olson firmly believes in the HealthSource business and patient care model and is actively focusing his expertise and management team on rapid deployment to enhance chiropractic for both the profession and the public.
