Don Beezley brings twenty years of substantial business experience to HealthSource in banking, distribution, service organizations and multi-unit franchise development and management. For the last several years he has served as a Senior Associate in mergers & acquisitions for a top Colorado business intermediary firm where he has advised clients with small- to mid-sized companies in acquisitions, divestiture and valuations, as well as franchise consulting and sales. Previously Don served as Vice President for Development at an internationally renowned public policy research organization based in Washington D.C., held senior positions with a global distribution organization, established, operated and sold several retail franchises, and worked in commercial and consumer banking. Don's diverse experience offers a solid, multi-disciplinary business background in finance, operations, sales, marketing, merchandising, business planning and real estate. His talents will serve as a foundation for a strong business partnership for franchisees in Colorado and Washington, helping them to achieve their goals for success. Don graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance, and is pursuing his Master's Degree at Regis University in Denver.

Terry Sullivan's 30 years of business experience covers virtually every aspect of business management and ownership. Terry has held positions in or been accountable for marketing, sales, communications, publications, public relations, staff management and development, accounting, finance, fund raising, operations and customer service. Terry has lead the start up of his own companies including his current franchise consulting business and start ups for other organizations. Along the way he also dabbled in radio broadcasting, advertising and materials brokering. As the president of an energy industry trade association, Terry lead the successful merger of two historic trade associations. Through his and Cindy's many endeavors they have learned that perseverance, focus and belief are fundamental to overcoming the many obstacles every business encounters. As a franchise consultant, Terry understands key drivers for success and how to align the goals of individuals with those of the franchisor. Terry will use his broad and deep experience to develop the Health Source brand in the Pacific Northwest and to assist new franchisees quickly transition their businesses by successfully implementing the Health Source system.
