Dr. Rick Dale practiced Chiropractic
for 18 years, at one time owning as many as 5 practices.
He retired from active care in 2003. After taking
a sabbatical for a few years he discovered HealthSource
and knew it was time to get back into the Chiropractic
profession he loves. “As a developer for
Northern Illinois and Wisconsin Dr. Dale feel’s
privileged to help his colleagues build the practice
of their dreams. This includes autonomy and lifestyle

Dr. Mike Selvitella has come to Healthsource
with twenty years of experience running a successful
chiropractic practice. Over the past few years
he has been unable to physically keep up with the
demands of a busy practice due to a recurring shoulder
injury. “While I have the desire to continue
working in chiropractic, my physical ability has
decreased. When I met Dr. Chris Tomshack I saw
the opportunity that HealthSource provided. As
a master territory developer I have the ability
to help other chiropractors grow and develop their
practices. |

Dr. Jeff Wisdo graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1999. He joined HealthSource first as a franchisee then later that same year became the Regional Developer for Minnesota. Currently with his two partners, he is helping other chiropractors change their chiropractic practices into strong, stable and successful businesses. |

Dr. Chris Massoglia

Dr. Chris Massoglia started practicing in St. Paul in 1988. He resides in
Minneapolis with his wife and four children. He received his Bachelor of Science
in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan. During his
studies there and his work as a researcher, he opted that instead of Medical
School, he preferred the natural, safe and effective approach of chiropractic.
He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of
Health Sciences.
Dr. Massoglia has stayed very much in touch with all the most recent issues
facing the chiropractic profession today. He has not only owned 11 clinics
himself, but he has served as a management consultant privately, and also lectured for larger companies such as Practice Perfect and Integrity Management. He counts many such leaders of the profession as friends. Health Source provides him the opportunity to expand his outreach to Chiropractors and
support the profession he believes in and works hard to strengthen. He lectures
on Chiropractic Management issues throughout the country, he has served on the board of Northwestern’s Alumni Association for several terms, as
well as on the boards of other non-profit organizations in Minnesota. He's
excited to see the growth Health Source doctors have achieved, and looks forward
to helping more docs run successful clinics.
