Secret number 3 is Anti inflammatory diet. The standard american diet is full of inflammatory foods that lead to a lot of the common skin issues we see like those red patches on the back of your arms, acne, and eczema.  Adding fruits, veggies, raw nuts and seeds, and free range meats and avoiding dairy and grains will help decrease your inflammation and help you express more beautiful hair skin and nails.
