Meet Our Local Team of Professionals
Dr. Elizabeth Sweers, D.C.
Dr. Elizabeth Sweers is an Iowa native who grew up in Odebolt. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Iowa and majored in Integrative Physiology with a minor in Psychology. She then attended Logan College of Chiropractic, now known as Logan University, where she attained a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and her Doctorate of Chiropractic. While attending Logan University, she was very involved in the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) club as well as the pediatric club and the volleyball club. She was also senior intern assistant at the Salvation Army Adult Rehab Center in downtown St. Louis, helping to serve the residents and assisting the doctor on staff with managing other student interns. She has a love for prenatal, postpartum and pediatric care and stays involved with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and BIRTHFIT to help better serve these demographics.
Dr. Liz currently lives in Clive with her husband, Aaron, and children, Yvonne (Eve) and Jensen. Dr. Liz loves to play volleyball, stay active and watch Iowa Hawkeye sports. She loves being outdoors and especially loves to go for walks or runs to the park with Eve and Jensen. She has a passion for educating and raising awareness for better birth outcomes and experiences for women.
Dani Cole is our office manager. After graduating from high school, Dani attended Central College where she majored in Exercise Science, with an emphasis in Health Promotion, and minored in Sociology. She has taught fitness classes and was the office manager in the Mercy Wellness Center in downtown Des Moines before it closed. She has dabbled into the birth world by attending a doula workshop and experiencing a few births as a doula. She is excited to help women feel healthy and strong before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as work with a diverse group of men and women in all stages of life.
Dani lives in Woodward with her husband, Zach, and son, Myles. She enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Cubs in her free time.
