CoVid-19 Office Policies (Updated November 2020):
Your health and safety is our number one priority, because of this our policies are subject to change. All patients or employees who exhibit symptoms must refrain from coming to the office for a minimum of 10 days from onset. All patients or employees will use a mask in office unless they have a medical exemption. Employee temperatures will be obtained every morning and patient temperatures will be taken using a no-touch thermometer before admission to the clinic. The check-in computer has been removed and all check-ins will go through an HS Fairlawn team member to minimize touch points. Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the office and patients are expected to use it. Tables, surfaces, and tools will be sanitized using disposable germicidal wipes after each use. The number of patients and team members in the office will be 10 or less at all times. Guests of patients are asked to remain in their vehicle while the patient is being treated.

Dr. Bob is passionate about helping his patients live a healthier lifestyle and specializes in treating back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches and shoulder pain. He has served as a guest lecturer for Kent State University and University of Mount Union. When Dr. Bob is not treating patients, or studying innovations in musculoskeletal care, human movement, or nutrition, he is spending time with his wife Ellie and their children. Together, they enjoy being involved in their church, hiking, swimming, cooking, reading, watching Cleveland Browns football, and spending time with friends.

Natalie has broad range of experience within the hospitality and healthcare industries, but her main focus within each job is customer service. Her goal is to provide exceptional service to all patients with a personable approach. When Natalie is not in the office, she is spending time with her boyfriend Steve and their three dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends whether it is hiking, playing board games or supporting the Cleveland sport teams.

Dusty has a broad range of experience in the medical field, having worked as a Medical Assistant in various medical settings. She has worked mostly in the field of orthopedics in the hospital setting, but has experience working in dermatology, neurology, urology and most recently chiropractic care. Her main goal is to provide education and encouragement to people seeking healing health care. She is a huge advocate for chiropractic care and is excited by the opportunity to educate patients on the importance of consistent and continued chiropractic care for the whole family at every age. When Dusty is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan as well as friends and family. She enjoys time outdoors hiking with her dog, Vader. She is also not one to miss out on an opportunity to play video games and attend science fiction conventions!
