Dr. Nicholas Smith is a certified expert in the science of postural repair. He is one of two doctors in Montana to hold a certification in Chiropractic Biophysics which requires extensive post-doctorate training. Dr. Smith is in the process of attaining the very-rare Advanced CBP certification and will complete the process in October 2017.
CBP® Technique emphasizes optimal posture and spinal alignment as the primary goals of chiropractic care while simultaneously documenting improvements in pain and functional based outcomes (See Figure 1). The uniqueness of CBP® treatment is in structural rehabilitation of the spine and posture. In general the goals of CBP® Care are:

Dr. Nick is a former member of the Board Of Directors of the Montana Chiropractic Association. Along with being a passionate chiropractor he is an avid lover of many hobbies. Outside in the heat you will find him mountain biking or mountain unicycling, trail running, and most likely he will be found obsessively bowfishing. Inside he can be found practicing guitar chops or rehearsing with one his bands. A lifelong martial artist and former central US IKF kickboxing champion Dr. Nick enjoys working up a sweat on the mat as well. Occasionally he sleeps...next to his best pal, Flip, a Norwich Terrier who is also the office manager at HS Helena.
