Meet Our Local Team of Professionals

Dr. Julie Hauring, D.C.
Hello! I’m, Dr. Julie, the chiropractor and owner at HealthSource of Hopkins.
I grew up in Houghton, Michigan where I attended Michigan Tech before moving to the Twin Cities area. I graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota. While attending, I earned additional certificates in Activator adjusting, Webster technique for pregnant women, extremity adjusting techniques, and cupping therapy.
My passion in chiropractic roots from junior year of high school. I remember my softball teammates taking six ibuprofen at once to rid their headache before practice each day – taking less just didn’t work for them anymore! I too suffered from headaches but hated the idea of becoming dependent on a drug. I wanted to learn why people got headaches and what could be done to prevent them, rather than masking the symptoms. That’s when I discovered chiropractic.
Every day I get to show people how great they can feel without their low back aches, tight shoulders, migraines, tension headaches, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, scoliosis pain, shoulder impingement, rib pain, arthritis pain - the list goes on! But chiropractic care has brought so much more than just pain relief- it enables people to do what they love.
Besides helping patients, my passions include spending time with my family and my husband Sam, raising our two dogs Rosie & Loki, and exploring Minnesota.
