Meet Our Local Team of Professionals

Dr. Ronald Berger, D.C.
In college, I started seeing a chiropractor for a frustrating case of vertigo (dizziness) that could not be resolved medically. To my amazement, it cleared up almost immediately. Even more amazing were some of the other changes taking place with regards to my health. My lifelong allergies disappeared. My energy level increased, I slept better, and my focus and grades improved. I decided then to pursue a career in chiropractic so that I could spread the message that it is possible to feel healthier than simply not experiencing symptoms.
After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in February 2009, I made the decision to return to my hometown of Mokena to begin a practice, and Dr. Ronald L. Berger, D.C., P.C. was born in July 2009, merging with Body Bliss Wellness Center shortly thereafter. I am very grateful for the experiences this area has provided me growing up. I could think of no better way to say thank you and give back to the community than by assisting its residents in leading a life of health and happiness.
Thank you for starting your journey today. Whether you are in good health or searching for your way, I promise that we will do our best to make your journey a successful one. I am always available to speak to you, or your group. Please tell your friends and family about chiropractic and our services, as they too are searching.

Ann’s practice has a special focus on the treatment of reproductive disorders, including fertility (both male and female); women’s health; and stress-related disharmony. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can be useful to improve emotional health, digestive balance and immune strength as well as treat various other complaints, including pain. She prefers to take a holistic approach to the wellness plan, incorporating several TCM modalities of treatment, lifestyle/diet suggestions, meditation and qi gong. Ann believes that everyone has within them the power to heal and feels strongly that education is as important as treatment to empower the individual while providing the tools to achieve their optimum healing balance.

Elizabeth Lenihan
I have a strong passion for helping people heal and improve their state of being through massage and bodywork. I've been working as a massage therapist for five years and recently got my Reiki master certification.
I have been interested in holistic healthcare since I was a child. I grew up with an aunt who's a Naprapath, and I wanted to be just like her. She encouraged me to go into massage therapy, and I'm so grateful.
I enjoy working closely with other bodywork practitioners, chiropractors, and acupuncturists to assist in helping people become the optimum version of themselves.
