In 2006 Dr. Griffith moved to Dallas, TX to study Chiropractic at Parker College of Chiropractic and received his Doctorate in 2009. Throughout the past 8 years, Dr. Griffith has become fascinated with movement and with assessing movement dysfunctions. “Being able to watch someone move, see their dysfunctional patterns, treat them and then watch as they return to normal movement again is pretty cool!” This has led Dr. Griffith to programs such as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and a certification Functional Dry Needling (Kinetacore Level 1 and Advanced Level 2. “Now, rather than just treating the pain, I am able to see what is causing the pain and treat that issue as well so that you can move and feel better faster!”
Dr. Griffith is certified through The Cooper Institute for Functional Movement Screen Performance in level one, then got Certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Screen (SFMA and FMS 2 )in Chicago, RockTape certified since 2010 Functional Movement Techniques (FMT 1 and Rockblades since 2017) Certified and was full body certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) for several years.
