Ann McCambridge

Ann is a 2005 graduate of the Wellness and Massage Training Institute. She has over 200 hours of additional massage training such as; prenatal massage, sports massage, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, and deep tissue massage. She has spent most of her 16 years of practice working closely with chiropractors. Therapeutic massage, where each session is catered to a clients needs, is Ann’s specialty. She is comfortable working with all types of clientele. From athletes looking to recover after a hard workout, to those with chronic pain, to people looking to destress and relax.

She is honored to be able to help so many clients with the work that she does. Ann has been working at HealthSource of Plainfield for over 10 years. She lives in Ottawa IL with her husband and two daughters.
