Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: July 29, 2026

HealthSource Chiropractic, LLC (“HealthSource,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to making this website (www.healthsourcechiro.com) accessible and usable for all visitors, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies. We want patients, prospective patients, family members, caregivers, job applicants, and other visitors to be able to find information and use our online services with dignity, independence, and equal access.

1. Our accessibility goal

We are working to have the portions of this website and related patient-facing digital content that we own or control substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, to the extent reasonably feasible and consistent with applicable law.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review our website and work to improve accessibility as standards, technologies, and our services change. Some content or features may not yet fully conform in all respects, particularly older documents, archived content, third-party tools, or content provided by outside vendors. We will, nonetheless, continue striving to improve the website’s accessibility as we’re reasonably able to do so.

2. Steps we take to support accessibility

As part of our accessibility efforts, we, together with the service providers we work with, strive to:

  • design and update website content using accessible headings, labels, links, color contrast, keyboard navigation, focus indicators, and meaningful alternative text for images;
  • consider accessibility when adding or materially changing website features, forms, documents, and patient-facing digital tools;
  • evaluate the website through periodic self-review, including automated and manual testing; and
  • work with vendors that support patient-facing services to encourage accessible and usable digital experiences.

3. Third-party content and services

This website may include links to or integrations with third-party content, tools, or services that we do not fully control. Examples include, maps and location services, embedded videos, some aspects of the patient portal, the career site, social media, and other content, tools, and services.

Although we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party websites or services, we encourage our vendors to provide accessible and user-friendly content. If you experience a barrier with a third-party service that is connected to our website or patient services, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, work with the vendor where appropriate, or provide the information, service, or transaction through an accessible alternative method when feasible.

4. Need assistance or want to report an accessibility barrier?
