Meet Our Local Team of Professionals
Dr. Michael Zolper, D.C.
Dr. Michael earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and began practice in 2000.
He has extensive training and is board eligible for Chiropractic Neurology, is a member of the Neuropathy Treatment Centers of America, and also carries a Nutrition Certification. His specific adjusting technique are both structural and tonal (tissue based); they including Bio-Geometric Integration, Torque Release Technique, Sacral Occipital Technique, Upper Cervical Specific, Soft Tissue Techniques, Manual Therapies and MyoFascial Release.
Michael sums up his path to chiropractic like this: "Chiropractic changed my life. I suffered from birth with chronic ear infections and asthma. After trying everything else, including countless of rounds of antibiotics, my parents finally took me to a chiropractor when I was three years old. After my first adjustment I began to breathe normally for the first time in my life. Soon afterward my ear infections went away. As a high school athlete, my chiropractor helped keep me healthy and on the field or mat by keeping my joints moving and healthy through the abuse of frequent practices, games and meets. This allowed me to excel, and go the State level in wrestling. My mission is to create a health system that changes lives, moving people past pain and sickness and into wellness!"
Dr. Angela Zolper, D.C.
Dr. Angela Zolper graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2000. She was the class recipient of the Virgil V. Strang Chiropractic Philosophy Award. Her undergraduate education was completed at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in 1993.
Angela combines Gonstead, Diviersified, Logan specific and BioGeometric Integration techniques, along with specialized adjusting tools, to customize a hands-on adjusting style to fit every body at any age, with special attention to children and expecting mothers. Her passion is to empower individuals and families to attain a healthy, integrated and balanced life.
Dr. Angela also travels to Kenya annually, providing training to local hospital staff and providing care to rural and tribal villages in the Rift Valley. There she hopes to plant the seed for accessible, low cost and highly effective health care particularly for expecting mothers and for children.
Dr. Blake Walters, D.C.
Dr. Blake Walters comes to the HealthSource team from Logan College of Chiropractic, where he stood out as his Class President, and the winner of the Logan Appreciation Award for outstanding service to the Logan Health Center. In 2009, he attained his BS in BioMedical Science from Southern Illinois University.
Blake is driven to educate people and inspire them to become healthy, and to making the community healthier through the use of chiropractic. He utilizes several specific, low-force chiropractic techniques including Logan Basic, Activator, Network Spinal Analysis, Diversified, Thompson, Upper Cervical Specific, Toggle Recoil, and Instrument Assisted Adjusting. He enjoys working with athletes, children and the elderly, and everyone in between.
An avid athlete, Dr. Blake served as President for the Logan University Soccer Club, and has a passion for helping athletes of all ages.
Dr. Walters has a big heart for service, and as a chiropractic student he travelled to Peru to provide care to underprivileged children and families. He intends to continue international health service work in the near future.
We welcome Dr. Walters not only to the HealthSource Team, but to the Baraboo community. He will be a tremendous asset to both!
Tiana Whitney, Exercise Rehab Therapist
Tiana was born in Gary, Indiana. She was raised in an array of places, from Madison, Lake Delton to Baraboo, WI. Tiana and her family moved next door to Drs. Michael and Angela Zolper and their family who would later introduce her to the world of Chiropractic. She attended Wisconsin Dells High School where she began her chiropractic journey. She was an avid Athlete, involved in basketball, track and soccer. She soon discovered the toll sports would take on her young body. Thanks to receiving routine Chiropractic care from Drs. Michael and Angela Zolper she was able to continue performing her sports at her joints and muscles highest function.
After high school, she continued to advance her love for sports and athletics at the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo/Sauk County for two years where she earned her Associates Degree. She continued onto the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she went on to study Physical Therapy. On her summer breaks she would shadow Drs. Michael and Angela at the office. She gained hands on knowledge and experience about how the different systems, muscles, joints and skeletal system of the body worked together. She was so intrigued by Drs. Michael and Angela’s philosophy of care for their patients she soon started working at the office in 2014. Learning the front desk procedures, she soon obtained her Chiropractic Technician Certification. She later learned the Progressive Rehab Protocols and Exam Procedures and obtained her Exercise Therapy Certification.
Her Passion lies within the Progressive Rehab department. She loves teaching and educating patients about why Exercise Rehab is such an important part of their Chiropractic care. She enjoys teaching several different types of exercises to help strengthen and support the adjustment and to help patient’s to get better faster and stay better longer, allowing patient’s to live long and healthy wellness lifestyle’s.
