9/9/26 I’m still a patient of Dr Harley’s and everything is still going well. Recently, I was in a car accident with my family and we all had some issues and needed her services. After being harassed by 5 text messages, 5 phone calls and 5 emails to tell me to show up early for my 4.10 appointment…I arrived at 4.00 and at 4.20, was asked to fill out additional paperwork, aside from the 15 minutes worth of pre appointment docs I filled out online, and finally at 4.40, I was getting called back only to be told I would be waiting more time before I would see the Dr. Are you kidding me?? I walked out!! The disrespect for your new patients is truly disappointing. They owe me at this point for wasting my time. There are plenty of other offices that would love my business…I recommend skipping the Crofton location and save yourself the headache.

Update: the Dr contacted me personally and took time to apologize for what happened and then explained all of the things that she could do to make my issues better. I’m so glad I did. She was terrific!! I went through traction, cupping, acupuncture, scrapping, adjustments, tens, neck stretches. She was great and really helped me. I am definitely adjusting my review to 5 stars.

Being new to the area, Dr. Harley is my favorite new person I’ve met! I have chronic back pain and had been receiving physical therapy for some time where I used to live. I was nervous it would be difficult to find someone to help me, but Dr. Harley has provided me so much relief! In just a few weeks of seeing her I already feel stronger and am in far less pain.
