Dr. Karen earned her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. Her love of science and desire to help others led her to earn her doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. That was also where she met the love of her life, Dr. Adam Hayes. Together, they have three wonderful boys. She has a passion for nutrition and physical fitness, which comes in handy with keeping up with her sons.
