I came here for neck and shoulder pain after first trying my doctor and a physical therapist. I really like the program here and frequency of visits. I leave feeling better instead of worse like i was experiencing at physical therapy. I am noticing a change in my muscle tone at home now and i have high hopes for lasting relief once i complete my treatment plan. Updated, i finished my physical therapy this week and graduated to less frequent visits while i continue home exercises to keep building muscle strength to maintain my progress. At the beginning of this journey i was using advil multiple times a day along with muscle relaxers just to manage the terrible headaches and muscle tension. Today i am happy to say it has been at least a month since i reached for those. The rehab crew here has been such a great experience. Huge thanks to Maggie for her friendly personality and ability to make you feel comfortable while exercising.
