I have had chiropractic care a few times and always found it helpful, but it had been at least 20 years at the point I accidentally discovered HealthSource.

For the last couple years I had put my nagging back pain down to the normal wear and tear of aging, but in the back of my mind I knew I should have it checked out.

On my way to get my caffeine fix one morning a few months ago, I parked in front of HealthSource (which is next door to Caribou Coffee), and realized that it was a chiropractic clinic. I stopped in to learn about their services, and walked out with a care plan. I never felt any pressure to buy, I was presented with many options, and everything was explained to me in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

That was a little over three months ago, and today I am virtually pain free. I got great care—a program consisting of personalized stretches, exercises, and other therapy in addition to adjustments. My doctor (Caitlin), and everyone else who works there, are professional but friendly, and down to earth. They put me at ease right away.

I’m on a maintenance plan now, but I love knowing that I can stop in any time, to ask a quick question or get advice, or even if it’s just to say hi, latte in hand.
