I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ben and his staff. They have taken good care of me and making my aches and pains disappear. I was looking at reviews online and had seen something negative comment about paying for services upfront, and I was skeptical when I was approached with a plan of care and upfront payment. Well, I thought about how they had done a thorough workup of x-rays and review of my issues. I decided to “Trust the Process”… I paid and started treatment. I’m halfway in and doing significantly better! The adjustments, traction machines, deep laser e-stim, ultrasound treatments and exercises have been great. I communicate exactly where my pain or range of motion is occurring that day, and that is exactly where they listen work on me. The staff work together as a team and truly care about you as a person.
I have to admit paying upfront has been great because I just walk in and out everyday without worrying about paying every time I walk in or out of the door. My insurance picked up a portion and I just paid the rest… no worries about was I in a car accident or did I have a fall… and insurance is or is not paying. It was all upfront and easy… I’ve had a midway progress exam, and am doing very well. I can add on more later if I want to and do maintenance work. This is a great practice… just Trust the Process!
