Greek Cucumber Salad


The holiday weekend is fast approaching and it's time to plan a simple healthy side dish to take to your cookout. The ingredients in this Greek cucumber salad are easy to toss together for those of you who are too busy to cook!


  • 4 cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata or black olives
  • 1 cup diced feta cheese
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • *salt to taste*
