June's Fresh Fruit Smoothie from your HealthSource Chiropractor

It's finally summer, and that means fresh, in-season fruit! This Seasonal Fresh Fruit Smoothie takes advantage of beautiful berries that you can only get this time of year!

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana, pre-sliced
  • 1 cup fresh organic strawberries, stems removed
  • 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh organic raspberries
  • 1/2 cup organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until desired consistency. Add ice as needed. Garnish with mint.
