Simple steps to bounce back after a holiday weekend!

So you over-indulged this Memorial Weekend? Ate too much, drank too much and decided to eat a HUGE ice cream sundae to top it all off. It’s time to get back on track and it’s pretty simple with these 3 steps!! 

  1. Ditch the excess food. Throw out all that unhealthy food left over from your cookouts. Staring at hotdogs, potato chips, and all those desserts are going to give you cravings. Start fresh today. Grill some chicken and asparagus!
  2. Set workout goals. Right now, while you are reading this, write down your weekly workout goals. This will help you get back on track fast. Need accountability? We are always happy to assist. Share your goals with us next time you are in the office!
  3. GET RID OF THE GUILT. So you didn’t eat the best food? It happens. Get over it and move back into your normal routine. Remember: One workout at a time. One day at a time. One meal at a time.
