The experience I had there was always positive. All the employees always made you feel welcomed and was always looking out for your best interest. I went through a 10 week program and the mobility and lack of pain in my shoulders and back was wonderful. Yes, I had to do work outside of the facility to speed up my recovery but they have given me the push to keep on with exercising and build and strong base so that the pain does not come back. I was skeptical of Chiropractic practices but Dr. Sam and Dr. Natalie really took the time to try new techniques that ultimately saw results. This is going to be a long one, but as someone who once spent hours scouring the internet/Google Reviews for a good chiropractor, I really think it’s important that this location and its service is recognized.

I truly cannot recommend HealthSource Chiropractic of Manassas enough. From the moment I started coming here, it was clear that this is a practice that genuinely cares about its patients as people, not just customers.

Before seeing Dr. Natalie, I was dealing with constant lower back, tailbone, and sciatic pain and discomfort. Working from home and spending so much of my day sitting had gotten to the point where discomfort felt inevitable, and I was constantly thinking about it or planning my day around how my back was going to feel.

After just two months following Dr. Natalie’s treatment plan, I have gone from experiencing pain and discomfort every single day to being virtually pain-free. I genuinely feel like I have my life back. I didn’t realize how much mental energy I was spending anticipating when my back would start bothering me until I suddenly didn’t have to anymore.

Dr. Natalie has been exceptional throughout the entire process. From the beginning, she explained my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand, including what we were working toward and how we would measure my progress along the way. Being able to actually see and feel that improvement has made the experience even more rewarding.

I’ve also been incredibly impressed by how accommodating the practice is when it comes to treatment plans and costs. There has never been a feeling of being pressured into spending more or doing something unnecessarily. If anything, my experience has been the opposite — their flexibility makes it very obvious that their priority is getting their patients healthier and feeling better, not simply maximizing the bottom line. That was especially important to me because, when I was initially looking for chiropractic care, I struggled to find a practice that didn’t make me feel like a potential sale first and a patient second.

And it isn’t just the quality of care that makes this place special. Dr. Sammi and Mei at the front desk are both incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in getting to know the people who walk through the door. The entire staff creates an environment where you feel cared for, comfortable, and known.

I’m now nearing the end of my treatment plan, and it’s honestly bittersweet. On one hand, I couldn’t be happier that my body has responded so well and that I feel like a completely different person than I did two months ago. On the other, it means I won’t get to see this wonderful staff nearly as often! I am so grateful to Dr. Natalie, Dr. Sammi, Mei, and the entire HealthSource team for the care they’ve given me. Five stars genuinely doesn’t feel like enough. ❤️

When I first walked through the doors, I wasn’t sure what was wrong with me. I just knew that I was in a lot of pain in my lower back and right outer hips. Probably a 6 or 7 on the pain 10 scale. I was pretty concerned that I had injured myself to the point of surgery. Within one month of treatment that pain was about 90% gone. After two months of treatment, I feel brand new. I highly recommend. Icing on the cake is that the staff is very kind, pleasant and professional. Very nice atmosphere.
