Having raised six children of her own, and having helped welcome two grandsons into the world, it is clear that she is made for taking care of the families, both her own and those in her practice. With almost four decades of chiropractic training and experience, Dr. Ann has become certified as a Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, Webster Technique doctor, and a First Adjustment certified chiropractor. I’ve been seeing Dr. Paul Zilka for nearly 20 years, beginning in 2004 after being rear-ended in a car accident. During that time, I’ve experienced tremendous relief from pain as a result of Dr. Paul’s treatment.

I recently returned after almost a two year absence and, once again, begin experiencing immediate relief. During a session this summer, I mentioned to Dr. Paul that I had what I thought could be tinnitus. Much to my surprise, he had a treatment in his repertoire that has reduced my symptoms significantly. He also recently helped me with dramatic improvement from tennis elbow.

I have neuropathy in my feet for at least a decade – Dr Paul is using stimulation of the nerves in the bottom of my feet (no needles) that is a little uncomfortable at first but has done wonders for the numbness (I do not have any pain or tingling that sometimes goes with neuropathy). I do not take any drugs for this – but the improvement in the condition is remarkable – I get the treatment once a week and there are days in between that I have almost no numbness – it has also helped with my swollen feet.
I also get adjusted once a week for general back pain and that has gone away almost entirely – the Zilka’s also treat your entire system with ideas on diet and well being – they believe that the entire body is connected and treat you that way.
Also the staff is very friendly and will help with any scheduling and billing problems – a truly family practice!
I highly recommend them to anyone in the Minneapolis/St Paul area!

I started seeing Dr Ann in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy. Baby was transverse and not lined up correctly with my pelvis. The approach and technique Dr Ann uses was not like a traditional chiro adjustment. She evaluated my neurology and evaluated how my brain and nervous system was not working properly.
After the first appointment I felt so much relief both physically and mentally. It felt like a switch was returned to normal.
