About two months ago, I practically crawled in here. I was sure they were gonna tell me there was nothing they could do and that I should just go to the hospital but that didn’t happen. They evaluated my situation, set me up with a treatment plan that included exercises to help build muscle and flexibility, natural supplements to help lube the joints and eat the inflammation, A laser treatment that I wasn’t sure about at first but now I wish I had one at home, And finally adjustments.
I didn’t feel That much better after the first visit or the second visit or the third visit, but now that I’ve Been coming for two months or however long it’s been , I think back to when I first came in and where I am now and I understand that’s how you measure healing little by a little and over time. Shannon, Amy, Dave and Dr Colon have all treated me with the care and concern. Ngl it wasn’t cheap but I have bought so much other stupid stuff, this was an investment. Thanks guys. My treatment plan is just about through and I still have pain in the morning time nowhere near what it was, but I’m gonna continue to do the exercises they taught me To keep building on my strength and flexibility and come in possibly on a monthly basis for adjusting and maybe some lazer treatment. This is an honest review My biggest problem is SI joint dysfunction and hip pain.

This is a must share experience!!! I’ve been a licensed Massage Therapist for 16 yrs now. My issues were, low back, left leg, Neck and shoulder pain at a level of 8 in the pain scale. Being a massage therapist allowed to work mobile and along side chiropractors my entire career so you can imagine the type of deep tissue work I had to perform for the last 16yrs. I tried multiple places and never thought of going back to the one Chiropractor who initially started my treatment in 2014 before the neck and shoulder became a problem. Well little solid I know social media would bring us back together. I found her again, Dr. Sheynid Colon @ healthsouce chiropractic Valrico. It was here where everything changed. Now I’m only on day one of treatment and I already woke up pain free and more Range of motion. I was able to put my socks on standing without loosing my balance for the first time in 5yrs.
