Today was my 9th out of 18 visits programmed for me here at HealthSource. Being a server in a fast paced restaurant and a personal trainer as well, my body consistently goes through alot. Dr. Alex and the team have not only helped me feel better by giving the proper equipment and exercises, but were also very precise and thorough at diagnosing the issues within my body. My thoracic cavity was very tight to the point where I couldn’t work out and my jaw would be tight in the morning. Halfway through my sessions with Dr.Alex at HealthSource, I am now able to hit intense upper body workouts that used to cause severe pain, while also feeling better throughout my physically taxing jobs that previously caused my body to be sore 24/7.
