Less than 10% of the population seek chiropractors for care, thus it is Dr. Carpenter’s goal to raise awareness of chiropractic as the 1st option for care before seeking surgical and medicinal options. She chose chiropractic, because she has seen the relief and quality of life that it has given to her family and friends.
Dr. Carpenter spends her time with her husband, Travis, and their 3 dogs Duncan, Kawhi, and Briar. She enjoys reading anything she can get her hands on, rollerblading, running, lifting weights, walking her dogs, watching the San Antonio Spurs play basketball, and cheering on the NDSU Bison!!

In Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelor's of Science from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, and her teaching degree from St. Norbert College. She taught Human Anatomy and Physiology and Biology labs at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and various science classes at Washington Junior High School in Manitowoc, WI for three years before deciding to follow her dream of becoming a chiropractor.
She loves being a chiropractor, because she has the opportunity to help people of all ages heal naturally without turning to drugs and/or surgery. Chiropractic helped her to recover after she had a severe water skiing accident. Without chiropractic care she would not be able to do the things she loves doing like rollerblading and kayaking. She desires to help others the way her chiropractor was able to help her.
Dr. Farrell enjoys working with every type of person, but has a special passion for helping children and pregnant women. She has earned a certification from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice's Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (C.A.C.C.P.) as well as certification in the Webster technique for pregnant women.
