Dr. Bob McIntosh, D.C.
Professionally, Dr. Robert (Bob) L. McIntosh provides a wealth of knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health through being a full time treating chiropractor. He teaches that the habits (movement) of the human body directs the health of the human body. Our daily movement can either be helpful or harmful, we all make those choices.
Dr. McIntosh teaches employee safety for the City of Rapid employees, he is a statewide presenter at the Society of Human Resources Managers, he performs wellness training for groups like the members of the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce, he has taught college level Anatomy at Black Hills State University and annual safety classes for kids in the elementary schools. We can say with absolute confidence that Dr. McIntosh's passion is to teach Safety, Health and Chiropractic to everyone.
Dr. McIntosh is Board Certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation. He is a Native of rural Wyoming and loves calling Rapid City his home.
Dr. McIntosh attended BHSU in Spearfish for his undergraduate degree in Biology, prior to that he completed Diesel School to become a mechanic. Little did he know he would become a spine and movement mechanic. After his bachelor's degree he attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR. During his time in school Dr. McIntosh was appointed as the occupational safety program developer where he implemented back safety programs within many Portland businesses like Pepsi, UPS, Miller Paint Company, and Waxie Bathroom Supply. Dr. McIntosh has a true passion understanding our daily work habits (movement) and how they directly effect our health.
Dr. McIntosh is happily married to Jenny McIntosh, R.N. and they have been together for over 17 years. He enjoys gardening, hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. Dr. McIntosh aspires to have a healthy family and to someday rebuild the bright red 1969 AMX that his father gave him.

Dr. Samantha Figgins, D.C.
Dr. Figgins attended her first year of undergraduate studies Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana when she discovered her passion for Chiropractic. In 2010, she moved to Iowa where she finished her undergraduate studies and began her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at the highly accredited Palmer College of Chiropractic. This is where she graduated with a bachelor of Science degree and her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Figgins is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed by the South Dakota Board of Chiropractic Examiners to treat and provide exceptional care to her patients.
Throughout Dr. Figgins’ life experiences and schooling, she has developed a great desire to help people of all ages. Her chiropractic studies have given her a wonderful set of tools to make this possible. When she’s not in the office helping others, she’s out enjoying activities like hunting, fishing, camping, and everything else this beautiful area has to offer. She loves making new friends and experiencing new things.
Dr. Figgins grew up in the Gallatin Valley area of Montana with 5 of her closest siblings and a large extended family. Her upbringing taught her the importance of family, and enjoying the simple things in life. Dr. Figgins enjoys the rural feel of Rapid City, which reminds her of home in Montana. She hopes to make Rapid City her new home as she starts her career and begins a new life in the beautiful Rapid City area.
