Dr. Casey Carrillo was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where her passion for sports and movement began at an early age. She played collegiate soccer and was part of a team that advanced to the Final Four—an experience that shaped her competitive drive and lifelong commitment to athletic performance and injury care. Knowing she wanted to stay involved in sports beyond her playing career, Dr. Carrillo earned a degree in Athletic Training and went on to work with the FC Dallas men’s professional soccer team in Frisco, Texas, as well as the U.S. Olympic Development Program in California. These experiences solidified her passion for helping athletes recover, perform, and stay healthy at the highest levels. Dr. Carrillo earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas and has been practicing with HealthSource for over four years. She is certified in NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) and is deeply passionate about continuing education, with a particular focus on post–motor vehicle collision treatment and improving outcomes for disc-related conditions. This advanced training allows her to address both the structural and neurological components of pain while delivering evidence-informed, results-driven care. She is also proud to serve as the chiropractor for the Ice Flyers, continuing her work with athletes and active individuals. As a chiropractor, Dr. Carrillo’s goal is simple: to treat the problem at its source and get you back to doing what you love. She takes a personalized, comprehensive approach to care—whether working with athletes, busy parents, or patients recovering from auto-related injuries. Everyone there are great at what they do. The first day I went there I could barely stand or walk and now after going for the past 8 sessions I’m at least 80% better and have another week or so to go and can’t wait to see the end results.
