Next, you will be given an exam as it relates to your condition as well as something unique to HealthSource and that is our evidence based HS Movement Screen. From the information gathered we will sit down and review a treatment plan developed with your specific needs and goals in mind to help you get out of pain and moving again. At HS of Lake Forest, we look at the body as a whole and know that pain in one area might be stemming from another so we focus on returning your entire system to optimum health through exercise, nutrition and brain health. All three of these elements need to be balanced in order to maintain health and wellness. Our bodies have everything needed to heal itself and to stay balanced and healthy.
