Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Niz has gained valuable experience treating a diverse range of patients. She has provided care for individuals with physical impairments through St. Louis Paraquad, worked with the University of Utah hockey teams, and supported athletes through the Westminster Athletic Training department. In addition, she has treated elite high school, collegiate, and professional athletes at a private clinic in Salt Lake City. With her background exercise science and rehabilitation, Dr. Niz is committed to helping her patients move better and stay active, empowering them to lead fulfilling, pain-free lives. Dr. Niz is well-versed in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Thompson, Cox, SOT, Logan Basic, and Activator. Her comprehensive training also includes supplemental techniques such as functional dry needling, Active Release Technique (ART), SFMA, and acupuncture, allowing her to offer tailored care that meets each patient’s unique needs. Dr. Niz and her husband joyfully welcomed their firstborn child in September 2024! As new parents, they are fully immersed in spending quality time with their little “machito.” Despite the new demands of parenthood, the Salt Lake City area offers them easy access to their favorite activities, including hiking, bouldering, camping, and winter sports. When she does find a rare moment of free time, Dr. Niz enjoys getting creative in the kitchen, whipping up gluttonous treats, or curling up with a cozy blanket to indulge in her latest literary or streaming obsession.

Love this office! Everyone is so personal as well as professional. The practitioners are knowledgeable, and passionate about your health, and so fun and encouraging. Both my husband and I have learned a lot about our bodies and made impressive progress on our target concerns from working with their program here. The clinic is also extremely family friendly, with toys on hand (and a changing area with diapers as well).
